A workout space.
A clubhouse.
A tool room.
A huddle.
An oasis.
Purpose-driven, growth-minded, generous-hearted leaders — with or without a title.
We see you. You have knowledge. You have experience. You have speaking skills in some arenas, or you wouldn’t be where you are. You’re building, working, creating.
But you’re now in a new game. The stakes are higher, and you feel the pressure moments more acutely. The communication skills that got you here aren’t the ones to match the challenges in front of you.
It’s time for you to use your voice in new spaces, in fresh ways, and with people you’ve never faced before. Your words are your most impactful tool.
Getting there is up to you: how you show up, what you say, and how you connect.
You’re looking for new frameworks, skills, and even mindsets. Maybe looking for others you can learn with who are facing their own growth edge, too.
It’s time to invest in your leadership communication growth to gain the confidence and influence you know are possible.

Through weekly live group learning and practice sessions, group discussions, and a reference library of digital materials, we’ll follow a year-long curriculum based on the book “Speakership is Leadership: A Guide for Sudden Leaders Who Need to Lead with Their Words. Yesterday.”
To begin, you will complete our Speakership Assessment so you understand your own strengths and growth edges.
Next is an hour-long coaching session with Margaret so we know you individually and you clarify your own speakership goals.
Finally, you will receive a personalized onboarding session with our community manager, Allison, who will show you around The Speakership Collective and match the offerings to your needs.

Engagement.
There is no magic sentence or blue pill. We expect you to dedicate your resources to your speakership growth: time, attention, and energy to engage.
Humility.
We show up to learn from others and respect everyone’s speakership moments.
Generosity.
We say, "I want to make my community better," as well as "I’m grateful to be here and benefit by others showing up."
Curiosity.
We approach each startling idea or setback with an attitude of "Interesting! What is there for me to learn here?”
Facilitate group learning filled with self-reflection, laughter, value, engagement, and insight.
Invite you in and show you around to find the best resources for you.
Accept you no matter your stage of speakership or leadership.
Curate and build a community of purpose-driven, growth-minded leaders.
Strive for a celebratory and generous culture welcoming all.
You have a direction. An idea. A vision of where you want to go and what you want to build.
Now, when you look around, you see that people are watching you. Even waiting for you to step up.
A community that needs you.
A vision you want to create.
